A CV in the language of the country of work

Layout, order of sections, date format and description of languages according to official guides from the country where you want to work: employment offices, chambers of commerce and language institutions. We list the sources on the About us page.

A cover letter when needed

Not every ad requires a letter. We prepare one when the ad requires it or when you want it.

A translation of every sentence

Next to the text for the employer you see what it means in English. You know what you are sending and can correct every word.

Files to send

A PDF to send to the employer and a Word file (DOCX) for your own changes. Plus a ready subject and text for your e-mail to the employer.

The rules we keep to

  • We add nothing on your behalf. If the ad requires something your details don't show, for example a driving licence or knowledge of the local language, we ask about it or show it as a gap.
  • We don't store your CV. We pass your CV and the ad to the artificial intelligence only while preparing the documents. We save none of it on our server. Only your browser remembers your progress, on this device.
  • The result is about the documents, not about you. The match percentage shows how many requirements from the ad can be seen in your CV and suggests what is worth adding.
  • Recognition of qualifications is for the authority or the employer. The documents state your diploma and qualifications as you have them, and if an employer may require local confirmation, we say so in the app.
