How it works

You write in English and point to a job ad. You get a CV in the language of the country where you are looking for work, prepared according to local customs, with a translation of every sentence.

What you get

A CV for a specific job ad, in the language of the country of work. If the ad requires a cover letter or you want one, a letter too. For each document a faithful translation into English (when the documents are written in English, one version without a translation), a PDF to send, a Word file (DOCX) for your own changes, and a ready subject and text for your e-mail to the employer.

Step 1. Job ad

Paste the text of the ad or a link to it. If the page cannot be copied, add a screenshot or PDF. No specific offer? Tick “I don't have a specific job ad” and enter a position, and we will prepare the documents for the typical requirements.

Step 2. About you

Add your CV as a PDF, photo, Word or OpenOffice file, or paste its text. The CV can be in English. No CV? Choose “I don't have a CV” and describe your work in your own words. We take your contact details from the CV; enter them only if you want to change something.

Step 3. Match: free of charge

Before we prepare the documents, we compare your CV with the ad. This step is free. You see the match as a percentage, a list “What already matches” and a list “What is missing or what we don't know”. If something in your CV looks like a mistake, for example an e-mail with a comma or an impossible date, you also see the questions “Check the details in your CV”.

What the percentage means

We take the most important requirements from the ad (experience, qualifications, languages, working hours) and check how many of them can be seen in your CV and answers. 60% means that about 6 out of 10 such requirements can be seen. The result is about the documents, not about you: you often meet a requirement, it just isn't in your CV. A low result does not mean it isn't worth applying; it shows what is worth adding. When the ad is short or there is none, we compare with the typical requirements of the position, so the result is less accurate.

How to answer the questions

Each missing requirement has a question. If you meet it, answer briefly in your own words, e.g. “yes, I have had a forklift qualification since 2019”, and this goes into the documents. An empty field means you don't have it: we write nothing about it, and in step 4 you see it on the list of things to check. It is different with the questions “Check the details in your CV”: there is often a suggestion from us, so click “Use” if it is right. An empty field there means we leave the CV details unchanged. The percentage does not change after your answers; we use the answers when preparing the documents.

Courses, when something is missing

After the match check we compare the list of gaps, for example language skills or qualifications the ad requires, with the courses we offer that are available in your country. If a course fills your gap, we show it next to the result. If none fits or we have no courses in your country, this part simply does not appear. The suggestion is voluntary: you can use it, but you don't have to, and your documents are prepared the same way. A course goes into the documents only when you have finished it and entered it yourself. If a course is run by our partner, we clearly mark it.

Payment and access

You pay only when you want the finished documents; the match check is free. Access costs €9 for 30 days, one payment, no subscription. Payment opens in a new tab, at the Payhip checkout. You pay by card or with Google Pay. After paying, come back to the tab with the app and access switches on by itself. You also get an access key by e-mail; on another device you enter it in the app.

Consent before we prepare the documents

Before we prepare the documents, you tick a box in the app saying that you want us to start immediately and that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the first documents are created. Without this consent no documents are created. We ask directly because we perform the service in less than a minute, not after the 14 days allowed for withdrawal. If the service does not work for technical reasons on our side or on the side of our providers, write to us: we consider every complaint individually.

Step 4. Documents

Read the translation so you know what you are sending. Click any text to correct it, in the employer's version or in the translation. You can also describe what to add or change. The button “Check and apply changes” carries the changes over to the other language, corrects mistakes and refreshes the list of things to check. You download the finished documents as a PDF (to send to the employer) and as a Word file (DOCX) for your own changes.

What we don't do

We don't add experience, qualifications or language levels you don't have. We don't assess you; we only check how your documents match the ad. We don't decide whether your qualifications will be recognised in the country of work: that is for the employer or the competent authority.

Your data

Texts, answers and finished documents are saved only in your browser, on this device. They stay there until you delete the site data (in a private or incognito window they disappear when you close it). We remember files (CV, screenshots, photo) only until you refresh or close the tab with the app; after that you have to add them again. That is why all links in the app open in a new tab, and when you refresh or close a tab with added files, the browser asks whether you really want to leave. We pass texts and files to the artificial intelligence (the Claude model by Anthropic) only to prepare your documents. We do not save them on our server.

Tips

You move between finished steps by clicking the progress bar. Next to the fields there is a “?” sign: hover over it or tap it to see an explanation. For the next ad click “Next job ad”: your details stay and you change only the ad.
