Cover letter in Romanian: format and scrisoare de intenție template

What a cover letter for Romania should say: content, general rules and greeting according to ANOFM, Europass and EURES. Below is a template with a translation of every sentence.

General rules from ANOFM

The letter is personalised, not standard, and addressed to a specific person.
Concise, in simple sentences, one page at most.
Don't mention personal problems.
Don't repeat your whole CV; the information must not contradict it.

The greeting

The sources do not set a formula. We use “Stimată doamnă Ionescu,” or “Stimate domnule Ionescu,”, and without a name “Stimate doamne și stimați domni,”, with the closing “Cu stimă,”. This is CVabroad's choice.
