How to build a list motywacyjny

1 A4 page at most.
At the top the sender, place and date, then the addressee.
Greeting: “Szanowni Państwo,” or to the person in the ad.
Introduction: which position and where you saw the offer.
Body: why you, with concrete facts instead of generalities.
Ending: readiness to talk, “Z poważaniem”, signature.

The most common mistakes

The same letter to many companies.
Repeating your CV.

No concrete examples, exaggeration or too much modesty.
